All of our oils are tested for quality, purity and consistency.

We have various quality systems in place to help ensure you are receiving a safe, high quality and authentic product. Our state-of-the-art onsite lab is fully capable of performing all the necessary testing requirements to approve raw materials prior to receipt into our facility. With these systems, we can assure you that all of the products we offer meet or exceed industry standards.

Additionally, with today’s scrutiny on olive oils, we go a step further in order to safeguard against any questions in regards to the authenticity of our olive oil products. Every lot is sent to a third-party International Olive Council (IOC)-certified lab that performs very rigorous tests to approve and validate the quality we are sourcing and you are buying. Sourcing

We have an established global sourcing network to bring you high-quality oils from all over the world. We currently source fats and oils from over 30 different countries. All of our supplier partners are carefully selected and approved based on Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards as well as through our own rigorous approval process.

Our supplier approval process and strategic sourcing initiative were established to help deliver consistent safe, quality foods to our customers while continuously improving processes, packaging, storage and distribution. Additionally, all of our suppliers are closely monitored throughout the year to ensure products conform to specification, and all documents, certifications and traceability practices are current.

Catania Oils is a leading provider of Non-GMO Project verified and organic oils to the ingredients, foodservice and retail markets. We have full and complete traceability throughout our supply chain and are verified and audited by both Quality Assurance International and the Non-GMO Project. You can trust the integrity of our products.
